Sensor Dirt
This shot was taken last June, on a trip to Montreal for the Grand Prix of Canada. I shot this on aperture priority at f32. I wanted to increase my depth of field. I wound up panning the shot for a neat 'speed' effect, but low and behold the tiny aperture of f32 revealed a year and a half of sensor dirt, dust, grime and hair. I have never had the sensor cleaned, and only used a blower on it a few times. It looks like it's time to get this thing professionally cleaned. I can only imagine what this would have looked like had I shot a white background. Filthy.![](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/blogger_img_proxy/AEn0k_sRjmiUOi_Cj0uXYpvT1jPzuXmGHa1e8uF2nu443LXK4D0JH0Gw2pMAY8v_oXcvOHSlPu5Dye0ReHlhklRUQJXrIbS4Fzh5rOYCg4DgpFBgxmezZzsOgJqKAA=s0-d)
